C.R.I. Pumps

MH – SERIES

General

C.R.I. Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pumps (MH Series) are non-self priming, axial suction and vertical radial delivery type with threaded ports. The components like impellers, diffuser and shafts of these pumps having direct contact with water are made of corrosion resistant AISI stainless steel and designed to deliver the best possible hydraulic efficiency. The pump and motor are connected with a single drive shaft to eliminate any transmission loss of energy. As the shaft, impeller, diffusers and other vital components of pump are made of high grade Stainless Steel AISI 304/316, these pumps can be used to pump high aggressive water and quite hygienic to use in drinking water systems too. Wear resistant bearings ensure better hydraulic efficiency and noiseless operation and the pump casing and brackets are made of high quality cast iron. ‘O’ rings ad gaskets prevent leakage at the intermediate casing during high pressure. Mechanical seals of these pumps are made of ceramic and carbon graphite to ensure reliability and longevity. These pumps are reliable, easy to install and designed for high end user comfort.

C.R.I. Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pumps are powered by a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled, A.C. induction motor, suitable for continuous duty. Motor stator is made of low watt loss steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in the frame. Dynamically balance rotor ensures vibration and noise free operation and the vanished impregnated windings made of enameled copper wire offer excellent resistance.

Shaft of ample size made of quality steel and precisely ground is used for transmitting the rated Horsepower. Construction of motor frames and usage of quality materials result in high performance and low temperature rise thereby increasing the life cycle of the motor. Thermal over load protector (motor protector) is incorporated in all single phase motors. These pumps require an adequate control system for trouble free oberation and protection.Applications: Industrial and Domestic water pressure boosting and distribution, Small farms, Gardens, Pumping of clean liquids in industry, Car washing.

MV – SERIES 

General

C.R.I. Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pumps (MV Series) are non-self priming, axial suction and delivery type available with different types of port connections, viz 1) NEMA standard round flange 2) NEMA standard oval flanges and 3) Flanges suitable for PJE coupling. The components like impellers, diffusers and shaft of these pumps having direct contact with water are made of corrosion resistant AISI stainless steel and designed the best possible hydraulic efficiency. As the Stage casings, impellers shaft and delivery brackets are made of high grade Stainless Steel S.S. 304/316, these pumps can be used to pump high aggressive water and quite hygienic to use  in drinking water systems too. ‘O’ rings and gaskets prevent leakage at the intermediate casing during high pressure. Ceramic and carbon/cartridge type mechanical seals are used to ensure reliability and longevity. The replacement of the mechanical seal can be done in the installed position without removing the pump from the booster unit. These pumps are reliable, easily serviceable and used in water boosting units to get trouble free service for years together.

C.R.I. uPVC COLUMN PIPES

C.R.I.’s vast experience and successful track record in pump industry spanning 45 years facilitate not only to enhance the range of pumps and motors, but also to produce and supply quality pumping accessories. C.R.I.’s UPVC pipes are one among such accessories produced with specially designed formulation under integrated quality control systems, right from sourcing raw materials. Also adequate safety factors has been considered in designing the pipes to have maximum weight carrying capacity.These pipes are specially designed for submersible pumps, capable of handling both internal hydrostatic pressure as well as high tensile load caused by the pump weight and column water pressure and weight. In general the first pipe fitted with the pump will be subjected to high hydrostatic pressure and the top most one has to withstand the entire weight of the column water and pump.

The unique formulation used in the manufacture of these pipes ensures that the threads do not turn brittle, break or chip during the entire life cycle. The threading and dimension standards maintained make these pipes ideally suitable for using as column pipes for submersible pumps worldwide. These pipes are produced in difference types which can be selected according to the installation requirements.

  • UPVC column pipes are resistant to chemical reactions when used in acidic or alkaline water assuring long life.
  • Can handle water with maximum temperature up to 45°C.

C.R.I. stainless steel submersible pumps are multi stage centrifugal type made of high quality AISI 304/316 grade, corrosion-resistant, fabricated stainless steel, which ensure longevity and Hygiene. The optimal design of impellers and diffusers offers the best possible hydraulic efficiency and better performance against sand and abrasive. Built-in stainless steel check valve effectively prevents back flow and reduces the risk of water hammer. All mounting dimensions are in accordance with NEMA standards. Can be fitted with C.R.I. Rewindable, water-filled/resin-filled submersible motors or with any other NEMA standard motors.

EVER GREEN AND GOLD LINE SERIES

C.R.I. Ever Green and Gold line series submersible pumps are multistage centrifugal type, available with different materials of constructions. All cast iron components used are made of good quality casting to withstand wear and tear caused by sand and abrasive. In specific models, high grade zinc free bronze is provided to handle water with more salt contents. The optimal design of impellers and diffusers offers the best possible hydraulic efficiency. Built-in stainless steel check valve prevents back flow and reduces the risk of water hammer. All the Mounting dimensions are in accordance with NEMA standards. Can be fitted with C.R.I. Rewindable, water-filled/resin-filled submersible motors or any other NEMA standard motors.

WATER FILLED SUBMERSIBLE MOTORS – ‘W’ SERIES

These motors are Eco-friendly wet type, water filled and Rewindable. The stator windings are made of waterproof synthetic film insulated copper winding wires. The stator shell of these motors is made of high-grade 304/316 stainless steel and housings of all 4” and 6” motors are provided with Stainless steel shells. All the rotating parts of these motors are dynamically balanced to maintain uniform clearances, better efficiency and better life cycle. Specially designed high performance thrust bearing are used to withstand axial thrust loads and upthrust loads with minimum wear and tear. Pressure is by means of ‘O’ rings, shaft seals and sand guard to avoid ingress of well water, sand and fiber particle into the motor. It features water lubricated thrust and journal bearings. Motor is pre filled with water and propylene glycol (Anti-freeze) for places where the temperatures is below the freezing conditions.

4” ENCAPSULATED RESIN FILLED MOTORS – ‘R’ SERIES

These motors are hermetically sealed, encapsulated and water lubricated type with 2/3 wire replaceable leads. The stator windings are the stator and the stainless-steel cylinder dissipates heat quickly, resulting in longer motor life. The stator shell of these motors is made of high-grade 304/316 stainless steel and housing are provided with Stainless-steel shells. All the rotating parts of these motors are dynamically balanced to maintain uniform clearance, better efficiency and better life cycle. Specially designed high performance thrust bearings are used to withstand high axial and upthrust loads with minimum wear and tear. Pressure equalizing rubber diaphragm is provided to, maintain the internal pressure of the water inside. ‘O’ rings, shaft seals and sand guard are used to avoid ingress of well water, sand and fiber particles in the motor. Except stator other portions of the motor are prefilled with deionised water containing propylene glycol (anti-freeze agent), which serves as coolant and lubricant for rotor, bushes and thrust bearing. It is mandatory to install C.R.I. Control Boxes for all Single Phase 3-wire motors.
